BAMMA 3: Watson vs. Horwich was a mixed martial arts event held by the British Association of Mixed Martial Arts on May 15, 2010 at the LG Arena in Birmingham, England.^[2] It featured three title fights, and was headlined by Matt Horwich and Tom Watson. The event was televised on Bravo in the United Kingdom.

Tabloid celebrity and former MMA fighter Alex Reid was scheduled to return to the cage and face Tom Watson at the event.^[3] However, Reid injured his knee while filming his documentary TV series Alex Reid: The Fight of His Life and was forced to pull out of the fight. This angered Watson, who claimed Reid was disrespecting him.^[4] Watson also called him a "clown" and said that it was likely Reid pulled out to avoid an embarrassing defeat.^[5] Reid was then replaced by UFC and IFL veteran Matt Horwich.

McDonagh defeated Wood via submission (triangle choke) at 3:52 round 1.

• Featherweight bout: Phil Harris vs. Neil Seery

Harris defeated Seery via unanimous decision.

• Featherweight bout: Ashleigh Grimshaw vs. Paul Reed

Grimshaw defeated Reed via KO (punches) at 1:04 round 2.

• Featherweight bout: Jeff Lawson vs. David Lee

Lawson defeated Lee via submission (armbar) at 0:57 round 1.

• Middleweight bout: Mike Ling vs. Carl Noon

Noon defeated Ling via submission (rear-naked choke) at 3:48 round 1.

• Welterweight bout: John Maguire vs. Simeon Thoresen

Thoresen defeated Maguire via unanimous decision.

Adams defeated Omer via unanimous decision (48-47, 48-47, 49-47) to become the BAMMA Featherweight Champion.

• Welterweight bout: Zach Light vs. War Machine

War Machine defeated Light via technical submission (rear-naked choke) at 1:09 round 1.

• Lightweight Championship: Rob Sinclair (c) vs. Daniel Weichel

Sinclair defeated Weichel via TKO (punches) at 4:03 round 1 to retain the BAMMA Lightweight Championship.

• Light Heavyweight bout: Seth Petruzelli vs. Ryan White

Petruzelli defeated White via submission (armbar) at 1:07 round 1.

• Middleweight Championship: Matt Horwich vs. Tom Watson

Watson defeated Horwich via unanimous decision (48-47, 49-47, 49-46) to become the first BAMMA Middleweight Champion.
