On March 21 I came off my motorcycle while crossing some tram tracks early in the morning.

Several hours later when I regain consciousness, I awake in hospital with great confusion as to the year, let alone the day or month. Even now a few weeks later, I have no memory of what occurred in the accident, but have since learned that the cartilage in my neck (c5-c6) was badly compressed too.

After being prescribed medication to manage the pain, I discover from my doctor that it prevents bones from healing, thank you public health service. A few weeks down the track the excruciating pain from my ribs has reduced to merely extremely painful.

Hopefully as my ribs knit together over the next week the pain will substantially reduce. I can't wait. Pmw57 (talk) 04:22, 6 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
