Template talk:Copyvio

I have modified this template to indicate that:

• It should be prepended to, rather than replace, the suspected copyrighted text to make it easier for users to confirm the copyright violation.
• If permission is not clearly shown within the week, the page should always be deleted, since, otherwise, the site is still in violation of copyright, due to the copyrighted text still being available from the page's history.

If this template is part of a policy or procedure it would be nice to have a link to such, either within the template or documented here in Talk.
