Talk:Tochigi

In Japanese Tochigi is spelled 栃木. Character 栃 is not used in standard Chinese Mandarin but Chinese Wikipedia editors insist on using this spelling. The Chinese variant is 櫪 (traditional) and 枥 simplified. The latter is similar to 栃 but not the same. Anatoli 19:51, 9 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
