Geländemarsch m (strong, genitive Geländemarsches or Geländemarschs, plural Geländemärsche)

  1. (military) a training march through mixed terrain, in tactical gear and usually with a full rucksack; distinct from a Gefechtsmarsch inasmuch as there is no obligation to carry exhausted or injured comrades and no rifles are typically carried.
