Ө, ө (italics: Ө, ө)

  1. A letter of the Mongolian Cyrillic alphabet, representing the open-mid front rounded vowel /œ/, usually romanised as "ö", substituted with Є є (used in modern Ukrainian) on computers without Mongolian alphabet support.
