The Economics Department is shared by the College of Arts & Sciences and the ILR School. We offer a variety of services to the Cornell undergraduate community. For students in the College of Arts & Sciences, we offer an Economics Major that is considered a STEM field. For students in the ILR School, we offer an Economics Minor. Economics courses can be taken by students from all undergraduate colleges at Cornell, and many programs require some of our courses. The Economics Department is also committed to fostering an inclusive culture and positive climate for all at Cornell University and in the Economics profession.
