BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE AND BUSINESS

The CSB Honors program is an intercollegiate program offered jointly by the College of Business (COB) and the department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (RCEAS). 

The CSB Honors program integrates computing technologies and business topics:

  • Understanding business functions and business related problems
  • Analyzing business-user information needs
  • Designing computer based information systems
  • Implementing systems solutions within business organizations

The CSB program is, however, not just a preparation for a career in business computing, it is a full fledged technological degree in computer science. Graduates of the program are ideal candidates for placement within: 

  • Risk management groups of public accounting firms
  • Large consulting firms
  • Startup companies
  • Graduate School
  • Software Development & IT

This degree is accredited in the College of Business by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, AACSB Accreditation, and in P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (RCEAS) by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, ABET Accreditation.
