Kitware’s support services gives you access to the CMake experts. Our team can provide guidance, answer technical questions, and help resolve issues you may run into when using the platform. We offer flexible support options to match your specific needs.

Custom CMake Support

With custom CMake support, you set the contract ceiling and have the freedom to reach out to Kitware whenever you need us. We’ll invoice you each month for the support services utilized in the previous month. This is our recommended CMake support method as it offers the most flexibility.

Pre-Paid CMake Support

Kitware’s pre-paid CMake support package is available for those who would prefer to purchase support up-front using a credit card. Those services must be used within one year of purchase and has a ceiling of $2,500 (you will have the ability to purchase again once the ceiling has been reached). Once you purchase this basic CMake support, a Kitware representative will contact you with information about how to get started. If you’re unsure which CMake support option is best for you, please contact our team before purchasing.
