Deutsch: Beispiel für eine dreiste Retusche (Fotomontage) einer Ansichtskarte für touristischen Zwecken im Jahre 1901. Vorder- und Hintergrund existieren in dieser Kombination nicht. Das Foto zeigt eine Viererarkade im Kreuzgang Blickrichtung Osten mit einem hineinretuschierten Hintergrund, Blickrichtung Süden Richtung Millstätter See. Die Arkade liegt im nordöstlichen Teil des Kreuzgangs von Stift Millstatt in Millstatt / Kärnten / Österreich. Originalgröße des Bildes: 58 X 93 mm. Kartenaufdruck: Millstatt a. See - Röm. English: Example of a bold retouching (forgery) of a postcard for tourism purposes in 1901. Foreground and background do not exist in this combination. The photo shows one of four in the cloister arcade facing east with a background that Lake Millstatt a view in south direction, which was retouched into it.
