Description
English: Postage stamp used in Afghanistan. Afghanistan joined the Universal Postal Union in 1928, part the First Definitive Monuments Series. The series included a 3-Afghanis postage stamp plainly titled 'Bamian'. Large Bamiyan Buddha statue. The red and white bichrome stamp.
