El Parque Natural de Sierra Mágina cuenta en su interior, con las cumbres más altas de la Provincia de Jaén. La "Peña de Jaén", con sus 2.148 m. de altitud, es el segundo más alto, por debajo del Pico Mágina; que, con sus 2.168 m. es el techo de la Provincia de Jaén.
