Description NAVAL BASE GUAM (April 24, 2020) U.S. Navy Lt. Rodney Posley, left, an intensive care unit nurse with 3rd Medical Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group teaches his Hospital Corpsmen to program a medication pump from calculations during ICU training. 3rd Medical Battalion Sailors are currently in Guam assisting Sailors assigned to aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) with COVID-19 mitigation efforts.
