Converted by me to DR, as the copyright status needs to be evaluated. The original image File:Janet Jackson at the 2010 Essence Music Festival.jpg had obviously been uploaded by the photographer himself. However, the EXIF data state that (C) is with Janet Jackson. So it's unclear whether the photographer could still release it under a free license. The same problem with File:Janet Jackson 2010.jpg. -- Túrelio (talk) 19:34, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Are you sure Harrison Funk, the photographer = Borntodeal (talk · contribs) , the uploader? I don't think so. Bluesatellite (talk) 05:48, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Of course, I am not sure. How could I? However, the already deleted image had the autor-entry [[User:Borntodeal|Harrison Funk]]. Though, even if that would be true, the copyright would still be unclear, as outlined above. --Túrelio (talk) 07:06, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
