I've been a long time contributor, but have ramped up my participation in the last year. I've got to the stage where I'd like to help out more with the administration, including renames and deletions, where it seems we have significant backlogs. I am familiar with commons policy, but will take admin tools slowly to start with. I am comfortable (and non-inflammatory) facilitating user communication in English (only unfortunately). I have not been involved in any significant disputes, and am confident that mellowness will suffice if they arise. I have moderate experience at en-wiki, sufficient to know the type and quality of images they require (also acknowledging that we serve more than just en-wiki), but recently my energy and activity have been focussed on commons.
