English: Packard was an American luxury-type automobile marque built by the Packard Motor Car Company of Detroit. Packard bought Studebaker in late 1954 and incorporated Studebaker-Packard Corporation of South Bend. The first Packard automobiles were produced in 1899 and the last in 1956. Studebakers branded Packard were built in South Bend for 1957 and 1958 model years
