Funkcija
[uredi | uredi izvor]Protein kodiran ovim genom član je porodice PTP i PTPN14 Arhivirano 17. 12. 2021. na Wayback Machine potporodice tirozin protein-fosfataza. Poznato je da su PTP-ovi signalne molekule koje regulišu različite ćelijske procese, uključujući rast ćelije, diferencijaciju, mitotski ciklus i onkogenu transformaciju. Ovaj PTP sadrži N-terminalni nekatalitski domen sličnan onom kod proteina koji su povezani sa natporodicom citoskeletnih traka 4.1, što ukazuje na lokalizaciju ovog proteina na membrani ili citoskeletu. Specifična funkcija ovog PTP-a još nije utvrđena.[6]
Interakcije
