"The Ralis Channel Crystal" is a Shrine Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Overview
There are two ways to activate "The Ralis Channel Crystal". The first is by examining the Mysterious Crystal found by the southern entrance to Ralis Channel. The second is by approaching Joniu Shrine at the end of Ralis Channel and activating its Travel Point. In either scenario, a Mysterious Voice will speak to Link, instructing him to bring the Mysterious Crystal to the Shrine of Light in order to receive a Light of Blessing.[2][3] A beam of light will then appear, connecting the Crystal and the Shrine.
To bring the Mysterious Crystal to Joniu Shrine, Link must use Ultrahand to construct a makeshift raft. He can propel it through Ralis Channel using either the Sail or the Fans found nearby. When Link successfully brings the Mysterious Crystal, the Mysterious Voice speaks again, honoring its promise to grant him a Light of Blessing.[4] The Mysterious Crystal will then float above the Shrine of Light and grow in size, and when its green sheen disappears, it is revealed to be the Shrine's entrance. The Shrine Quest will then be completed, and Link will be able to enter Joniu Shrine
