Train-the-Trainer

The Train-the-Trainer program by Young Entrepreneurs in Science enables partners to conduct our innovation workshops for PhDs and postdocs according to their needs.

Train the sciencepreneurs from tomorrow

The four-month, free-of-charge education program is aimed at employees who work in doctoral training or start-up support and would like to expand their scope of action in the area of research transfer. The participants of the program go through on-site and online phases in which they deal intensively with the target group of PhDs and postdocs, immerse themselves in the Design Thinking methodology and the workshop concepts from Young Entreprenurs in Science. Through this they get to know themselves as trainers. In the process, a close inter-university exchange is promoted. After successfully completing the program, the participants receive a certificate as Young Entrepreneurs in Science trainers and are encouraged to conduct workshop formats independently and in cooperation with other research institutes. In the long run, the YES workshop offer can be established sustainably in the institutions.
