     Maria Thomasine Sharpe was the daughter of Major T. B. Sharpe.1 She married Lt.-Col. Edward Eardley Lushington, son of Edward Harbord Lushington and Mary Ramsay, in 1897.1 She died on 23 June 1918.1
     From 1897, her married name became Lushington.1
