     Cicely Faulkner Oliver was born on 24 December 1904.2 She was the daughter of Godfrey Ryder Oliver and Blanche Cicely Falkener.2,1 She married Lt.-Col. Gerald Berkeley Portman, son of Montague Berkeley Portman and Jessie Elizabeth Lance, on 28 August 1945.1 She and Lt.-Col. Gerald Berkeley Portman were divorced in 1950.2 She died on 13 January 2000 at age 95.3
     From 28 August 1945, her married name became Portman.2 She lived in 1976 at Port Hill, Northam, Devon, EnglandG.2
