     Sir Simon Fraser was the son of Sir Simon Fraser and Maria (?)2 He died in 1306 at London, EnglandG, taken prisoner and hung drawn and quartered by the English.1
     He was appointed Knight Banneret.1 He lived at Neidpath, Scotland.1 He fought in the Battle of Dunbar on 27 April 1296, where he was taken prisoner by the English but set free to fight for King Edward I in Flanders.1 He held the office of Warden of Selkirk Forest in 1298.1 He fought in the Siege of Carlaverock in 1300, on the English side.1 In 1301 he switched sides to the Scots again.1 He lived at Oliver Castle, Peebles-shire, Scotland.1
