William Widdrington, 3rd Baron Widdrington1

     William Widdrington, 3rd Baron Widdrington was born on 26 January 1656.2 He was the son of William Widdrington, 2nd Baron Widdrington and Elizabeth Bertie.2 He married Hon. Alathea Fairfax, daughter of Charles Fairfax, 5th Viscount Fairfax of Emley and Abigail Yate, in January 1677.1 He died on 10 February 1695 at age 39.2
     He gained the title of 3rd Baron Widdrington. He held the office of Governor of Berwick between 1686 and 1688.2

Charlotte Mary Piercy, daughter of Nicholas Pelham Piercy, 2nd Baron Piercy and Oonagh Lavinia Baylay, on 29 October 2018 at Chelsea, London, England.4
     He was chairman of Brown, Shipley and Company Ltd.1

     From 21 April 1951, her married name became Haworth.
