     Susannah Louisa Currie was the daughter of Rev. Sir Frederick Larkins Currie, 2nd Bt. and Eliza Reeve Rackham.2 She died on 2 September 1935, unmarried.1

Major Mark Edward Currie1

     Major Mark Edward Currie was born on 10 September 1824.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick Currie, 1st Bt. and Susannah Larkins.2 He married, firstly, Jane Upwood, daughter of Reverend T. T. Upwood, on 4 November 1847.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Louisa Graves, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Harry Meggs Graves and Anne (?), on 21 October 1867.1 He died on 14 December 1868 at age 44.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.1

Ryves Alexander Mark Currie1

     Ryves Alexander Mark Currie was born on 18 June 1875.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Frederick Alexander Currie and Geraldine Lucy Graves.2 He married Ida Melville Hatchell, daughter of Joseph H. Hatchell, on 21 September 1908.1 He died on 30 March 1920 at age 44.1
     He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1897 and 1898.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Brigade Major between 1914 and 1915.1 He gained the rank of Major and Brevet Colonel in the Somerset Light Infantry.1 He gained the rank of GSO (1) in 1915.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.1 He was Commandant of the Officers Staff Course in 1917 at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.1 He was awarded the Crois de Guerre of Belgium.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1919.1

     From 21 September 1908, her married name became Currie.
