     Fanny Theodora Pye-Smith was the daughter of Ebenezer Pye-Smith.2 She married Sir Thomas Lane Devitt, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Henry Devitt and Margaret Lane, on 26 February 1863.1 She died on 5 February 1917.1
     From 26 February 1863, her married name became Devitt.

     Arthur Devitt was born on 29 December 1867.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Lane Devitt, 1st Bt. and Fanny Theodora Pye-Smith.2 He married Florence Emmeline Gordon, daughter of William Forbes Gordon, on 8 December 1897.1 He died on 16 June 1921 at age 53.1
     He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1

     Florence Emmeline Gordon was the daughter of William Forbes Gordon.1 She married, firstly, Arthur Devitt, son of Sir Thomas Lane Devitt, 1st Bt. and Fanny Theodora Pye-Smith, on 8 December 1897.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Arthur Lloyd Phillips on 14 September 1932.1 She died on 5 August 1951.1
     From 8 December 1897, her married name became Devitt. From 14 September 1932, her married name became Phillips.1

     Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Gordon Devitt, 2nd Bt. was born on 27 December 1902.1 He was the son of Arthur Devitt and Florence Emmeline Gordon.2 He married, firstly, Joan Mary Freemantle, daughter of Charles Reginald Freemantle, on 21 June 1930.1 He married, secondly, Lydia Mary Beloe, daughter of Edward Millgen Beloe, on 25 January 1937.1 He and Lydia Mary Beloe were divorced in 1953.1 He married, thirdly, Janet Lilian Ellis, daughter of Colonel Hugh Sidney Ellis, on 12 December 1953.1 He and Joan Mary Freemantle were divorced in 1936.1 He died on 23 December 1995 at age 92.1
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Devitt, of Chelsea, in the County of London [U.K., 1916] on 8 December 1923.1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1926 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1931 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was Officer-in-Charge of the Raiding Support Regiment between 1940 and 1945.1 He was awarded the Officer, Royal Order of the Phoenix of Greece with swords.1 He was chairman of the Nautical College Pangbourne between 1948 and 1961.1 He was Governor of Sherborne between 1967 and 1975.1

     Georgina Jane Devitt was born on 6 October 1937.1 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Thomas Gordon Devitt, 2nd Bt. and Lydia Mary Beloe.2 She married Hon. Nigel Geoffrey Parker, son of Hon. John Holford Parker and Hon. Marjory Katharine Elizabeth Alexandra St. Aubyn, on 23 April 1965.1 She died on 4 July 2024 at age 86 at Huntington House, Hindhead, Surrey, England.3
     She was educated at Benenden School, Cranbrook, Kent, EnglandG.1 She graduated from Open University, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 From 23 April 1965, her married name became Parker. She lived in 2003 at Combe Lane Farm, Combe Lane, Wormley, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1
