     Evelyn Maud Kennard was born on 7 December 1855.2 She was the daughter of Thomas William Kennard and Octavia Smale.2 She married Robert Hulbert on 27 September 1883.2 She died on 29 September 1905 at age 49.2
     From 27 September 1883, her married name became Hulbert.

     Henry Matthews, 1st and lst Viscount Llandaff was born on 13 January 1826 at Sri LankaG.1 He was the son of Henry Matthews and Emma Blount.1 He died on 3 April 1913 at age 87, unmarried.1
     He was educated in 1844 at University of Paris, Paris, FranceG.1 He graduated from London University, London, EnglandG, in 1847 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from London University, London, EnglandG, in 1849 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1850 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He was Secretary to the Earl Marshal between 1864 and 1869.1 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1868.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dungarvan between 1868 and 1874.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1886.1 He held the office of Home Secretary between 1886 and 1892.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Birmingham between 1886 and 1895.1 He was created 1st Viscount Llandaff, of Hereford, co. Hereford [U.K.] on 5 August 1895.1 On his death, his title became extinct.1
