     Elsa Dorothea Marie Schumacher was the daughter of Erwin Albert Schumacher.2 She married Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Henry Cochrane, 1st Bt. and Margaret Gilchrist, on 12 September 1911.1 She and Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt. were divorced in 1933.1 She died on 7 June 1966.1
     From 12 September 1911, her married name became Cochrane.1

     Major Ernest Henry Cochrane was born on 3 February 1913.1 He was the son of Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt. and Elsa Dorothea Marie Schumacher.2 He died on 21 July 1945 at age 32 at AustriaG, following an accident.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Inniskilling Fusiliers.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1

     Sir Desmond Oriel Alastair George Weston Cochrane, 3rd Bt. was born on 22 October 1918.1 He was the son of Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt. and Elsa Dorothea Marie Schumacher.2 He married Yvonne Sursock, daughter of Alfred Bey Sursock and Donna Maria Teresa Serra, on 12 January 1946.1 He died on 12 March 1979 at age 60 at Beyrouth, Lebanon.1,3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1940 in the Lancashire Fusiliers.1 He was a director of the Royal Bank of Canada Trust Corporation.1 He was a director of the Banque des Activités Economiques.1 He was a director of the Trust Corporation of Bahama.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cochrane of Woodbrook, Old Connaught, Bray, co. Wicklow, Lisgar Castle, Ballieborough, co. Cavan and Kildare Street, Dublin [U.K., 1903] on 6 March 1952.1

     Elizabeth Margaret Cochrane was born on 20 June 1915.1 She was the daughter of Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt. and Elsa Dorothea Marie Schumacher.2 She married Professor Robert Elsworth Steen, son of David Steen, on 9 September 1939.1 She died on 27 June 2002 at age 87.1
     From 9 September 1939, her married name became Steen.

     Professor Robert Elsworth Steen was the son of David Steen.2 He married Elizabeth Margaret Cochrane, daughter of Sir Ernest Cecil Cochrane, 2nd Bt. and Elsa Dorothea Marie Schumacher, on 9 September 1939.1 He died in 1981.1
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (F.R.C.P.I.)1 He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1
