Theobald Dillon, 7th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin1

     Theobald Dillon, 7th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin was the son of Robert Dillon and Rose Dillon.2 He married Mary Talbot, daughter of Sir Henry Talbot and Margaret Talbot.1 He died on 12 July 1691 at Aughrim, County Galway, IrelandG, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Clanricarde's Regiment of Guards in army of James II.1 He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin, co. Mayo [I., 1622] in October 1682.1 In 1688 he reformed the Dillon Regiment into two battalions.1 On 11 May 1691 he was attainted.1 He fought in the Battle of Aughrim on 12 July 1691.1 On 20 June 1694 his attainder was reversed.1

     Mary Talbot is the daughter of Sir Henry Talbot and Margaret Talbot.1,2 She married Theobald Dillon, 7th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallin, son of Robert Dillon and Rose Dillon.3 She died on 7 September 1691 at Limerick, County Limerick, IrelandG, killed by a shell at the Siege of Limerick.3
     Her married name became Dillon. After her marriage, Mary Talbot was styled as Viscountess Dillon of Costello-Gallin in October 1682.

     Sir Festus Burke, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir John Burke, 4th Bt. and Jane Dillon.1 He married Lady Lætitia Bourke, daughter of John Bourke, 9th Earl of Clanricarde and Mary Talbot, circa 23 November 1708.1 He died circa 1730, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bourke, of Glinsk, co. Galway [I., 1628] circa 1724.1

     Lady Lætitia Bourke was the daughter of John Bourke, 9th Earl of Clanricarde and Mary Talbot.1 She married Sir Festus Burke, 5th Bt., son of Sir John Burke, 4th Bt. and Jane Dillon, circa 23 November 1708.1 She died on 29 June 1740.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in 1743.1
     From circa 23 November 1708, her married name became Burke.1
