Making difference to ruins clear
[edit]I went to get a list of conservation state (Q55553838) and got lots of actual sites because ruins (Q109607) was considered a conservation state as well as is here. I would argue that we should make the distinction clear by removing conservation state from ruins and making 'ruinous' the main label there. Is this a clear distinction in other languages?
