Removal of statements
[edit]I don't think caretaker positions held for one or two days warrant a presence here. It's normal procedure sometimes during ministry transition that one of the other ministers or one of the secretaries of state (which in Romania are something like vice-ministers) to be delegated some of the ministerial prerogatives.
