Menerjemahkan halaman dokumentasi
Anda dapat menerjemahkan halaman-halaman acara dan halaman dokumentasi untuk Data Leksikografis ke dalam bahasa Anda. Jika halaman-halaman ini ditandai untuk diterjemahkan, pada tampilan desktop, Anda akan melihat tautan "Terjemahkan halaman ini" yang muncul di bagian atas setiap halaman.
Menerjemahkan teks video
Anda dapat menonton beberapa sesi yang telah tersedia terlebih dahulu pada platform Commons dan YouTube. Seluruh video disajikan dalam bahasa Inggris dengan teks video bahasa Inggris. Kami akan sangat mengapresiasi apabila Anda dapat membantu membuat materi-materi ini lebih mudah diakses dengan cara menerjemahkan teks video ke dalam bahasa Anda di Wikimedia Commons.
Video akan tersedia di kategori Commons: Lexicodays 2024 videos. Untuk setiap video, berikut adalah cara menerjemahkan teks bahasa Inggris ke bahasa lain:
- Kunjungi halaman Berkas pada versi desktop
- Klik pada tab "TimedText" (di sebelah "Berkas" dan "Pembicaraan")
- Pick "en - English" and click on "Go"
- On the page, the source file of English captions are displayed. Copy/paste the content to a text file on your computer, save it in order to avoid loosing your work.
- In this local file, replace the English content by your language (keep the formatting and time codes identical)
- Once your file is ready, go back to the TimedText page of the video, and this time, pick your own language, then "Go"
- In the field, paste the content of your translated file, and publish
- Check the video file to see if captions appear correctly
If some videos do not have English captions yet, you can also create them from scratch.

Menyelenggarakan sesi mandiri
We have a few slots in the program available for community self-organized sessions. You can propose one on the talk page of the event before June 20th.
- Formats
- We particularly encourage two formats: introductions to Lexicographical Data in a language other than English (you can duplicate and adapt the slidedeck (TBA)) and modelling practices (discussion about data modelling for a specific language - you can duplicate and adapt the slidedeck TBA). Other formats and discussions are welcome as well.
- How to propose a session?
- Please add a new section to the event talk page, reusing the template at the top of the page. When you're done, please ping @Lea Lacroix (WMDE): for review of your proposal. When accepted, the session will be added to the schedule by the organizers.
- Your session is self-organized
- While most sessions are taking place on Zoom, the self-organized sessions (after 18:00 UTC/GMT) will take place on Jitsi. Anyone can join the Jitsi room without registration. The organizer needs to be logged in on Jitsi to open the room. The Lexicodays organizers from Wikimedia Deutschland and Indonesia will not supervise the sessions and will not necessarily be present. The session proposer needs to organise the presentation, facilitation and notes on their own. No recording provided, feel free to organize your own.
