Schedule an Appointment with the DRC

The Disability Resource Center has an online system for scheduling appointments with our team.  Check out the area that best describes your engagement with the DRC to determine the appropriate scheduling method. 

New to the DRC?

Students who have completed their Accommodation Request Form with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) and are requesting a meeting with an Access Consultant for the first time should request appointments through the DRC Accommodation Request Center. Students who are already established with an Access Consultant should utilize the instructions below (Students Connected with the DRC)

How to Schedule an Appointment with the DRC for an Initial meeting

You must receive an email from your Access Consultant before this becomes available. 

  1. Login to your DRC Accommodation Request Portal using Purdue login.
  2. Scroll down and Select "View Application" button.
  3. Select "Appointments" and then "Request an Appointment" 
  4. Choose the correct campus location 
    • Note: Choosing the incorrect campus location may result in your meeting being canceled.
  5. If communication accommodations are needed for appointment, select as appropriate .
  6. Choose the "Type of meeting."
    • Note: Virtual options are only available to incoming students or students not taking classes in West Lafayette or Indianapolis. Virtual appointment are conducted via Microsoft Teams, and require students to have camera access.
  7. Provide the purpose of the meeting within the "Reason for Meeting Request"
  8. Choose the appropriate "Appointment Purpose"
  9. Click "Search Availability" and scroll down for to review options
  10. Choose a specific date and time that works for your schedule. If there are no options listed, choose "Next Availability" 
    • Note: All appointments are in EST.
  11. Click "Schedule Appointment"

Once you have chosen a time and submitted, you will receive a calendar invite to your appointment.

Students Connected with the DRC

Students who are connected with the Disability Resource Center (DRC) should request appointments through their DRC Student Portal

How to Schedule an Appointment with the DRC as a returning DRC student
  1. Login to your DRC Student Portal using Purdue login
  2. Select "My Appointments" on left navigation list
  3. Click "Request an Appointment"
  4. Choose the correct campus location 
    • Note: Choosing the incorrect campus location may result in your meeting being canceled.
  5. If communication accommodations are needed for appointment, select as appropriate .
  6. Choose the "Type of meeting."

Students Not Connected with DRC 

Students who would like to connect with the DRC regarding potential accommodations should visit  the DRC Student Accommodations and Services page for information on starting the accommodation request process.
