Mrs Alie Hilda de Vries

Alie Hilda de Vries is an Economics Lecturer with a T&S part-time contract, Fellow of HEA, and Co-AD WIDE (Wellbeing, Inclusion, Diversity and Equality) of SMS. Educated in the Netherlands at the highest level of Teaching in Economics, she started as Teaching Assistant at the University of Stirling in Spring 2008, followed by many TA and Appointed Lecturer contracts, before she secured a permanent position in 2018. Alie Hilda is mainly working in year 1 and 2 of UG Economics but has been involved with PGT teaching too. She is the initiator and coordinator of the Economics Reading Club.
