When using n2yo.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use"). You can always check out the most current version of these Terms of Use at this page. In addition, when using particular n2yo.com services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines applicable to such services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use please do not use the site and do not register to be a member of n2yo.com. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the n2yo.com Service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Overview
n2yo.com is a website providing mainly satellite tracking Services. Thousands of objects can be tracked in real time. The software used for tracking is using mainly space surveillance data provided by "Space Track", a website consisting of a partial catalog of observations collected by the US Space Surveillance Network, operated by US Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). AFSPC does not make any warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the data provided and does not endorse any product or service that utilizes its data. n2yo.com is an authorized redistributor and the license is renewed annually. In special circumstances for a few satellites the traking data ("keplerian elements") are derived from public sources (monitoring or visual observation). Users can specify their own location in order to have a better tracking experience. Registration is required to customize locations. Otherwise default locations are assumed based on the user's IP address.

These Terms of Use apply to the n2yo.com Service as well as any new products or services that we may add in the future (unless stated otherwise).

General Terms of Use and Restrictions on Use of Materials By using the n2yo.com Service, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms of Use, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not comply with the Terms of Use at any time, n2yo.com reserves the right to limit your access to the n2yo.com Service. n2yo.com may discontinue or alter any aspect of the n2yo.com Service, including, but not limited to, (i) restricting the time the n2yo.com Service is available, (ii) restricting the amount of use permitted, and (iii) restricting or terminating any user's right to use the n2yo.com Service, at n2yo.com's sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

In order to permit n2yo.com to protect the quality of its products and services, you hereby consent to n2yo.com administrators being able to access your account and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or abuse.

    You agree that n2yo.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the n2yo.com Service, and remove and discard any Content within the n2yo.com Service, for any or no reason. n2yo.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the n2yo.com Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the n2yo.com Service under any provision of this Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that n2yo.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the n2yo.com Service. Further, you agree that n2yo.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the n2yo.com Service.

    Governing Law and Other Miscellaneous Terms
    The validity and effect of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. The parties expressly disclaim application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING CONCERNING THE N2YO.COM SERVICE, ITS USE, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR CONCERNING ANY OTHER POLICY OR PROCEDURE OF N2YO.COM, MUST BE BROUGHT IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA (OR THE APPRPRIATE FEDERAL COURT FOR SUCH AREA), AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURT (AND OF THE APPROPRIATE APPELLATE COURTS THEREFROM) IN ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING; AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION WHICH YOU MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OF ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY SUCH COURT OR THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING WHICH IS BROUGHT IN ANY SUCH COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.
