Report on activities in the Group -1 project for the week ending 2024-11-14.

If we gather feedback from QTE, SRE, and individuals with domain specific knowledge and use their feedback to write a design document for deploying and using the wmf/next OCI container, then we will reduce friction when we start deploying that container.

Progress update

• Stage: Design
• New hypothesis approved by Objective and Key Result owners.
• Created T379683 tracking task.
• Updated Group -1 project page.
• Updated APP information on meta.
• Started a list of open questions based on notes from prior discussions.
• Started drafting a straw-dog proposal to use in bootstrapping discussions with other groups.
