"Cabin Fever" is a playable song in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. It is an arrangement of "Lots of Toys," the theme of Toy Dream in Mario Party 5.

The background of the song features Mario or Luigi dancing in a log cabin on a snowy mountain. At the beginning of the song, two Podoboos emerge from the fireplace and float to the side of the player character for the rest of the song. The plates above the fireplace jump back and forth throughout the song, and three Mr. Blizzards can be seen dancing outside through a window.

The song appears in the regular Story Mode as stage 4-2, also called Cabin Fever. In it, the player character and Toad stop at a log cabin to dance and warm up from the cold.

The song's only gimmick in Mush Mode is Coin Switches.
