Poster Instructions

Delegates will be assigned a poster number in advance of the start of ISBE 2022. Delegates will be able to put up their poster from the start of registration at 16:00 on July 28th onwards. There will be two poster sessions, on the evening of Saturday, July 31 and Monday, August 1. Half of the posters will be featured during each poster session.

Don’t forget to upload your poster to the virtual platform. You can do so here. To upload your poster, log in to the abstract system with the same credentials as when you submitted your abstract, and choose upload poster. This will be synchronized and later shown on ISBE+.

Posters should be printed as follows:
Each poster session presenter will be provided with a 1000 mm (width) x 2000 mm (height) poster board (poster dimension according to A0 format) and an ample supply of push-pins. The board will be labeled with the preassigned ISBE id-number. Please observe that all posters should have a portrait layout in order to fit the poster board, and be in the format (width x height) 841 mm x 1189 mm.

You can contact local printing companies if you would like to print your poster in Stockholm and pick it up when you arrive. An example of a local company can be found here: https://www.us-ab.com/eng/ We also encourage you to search for alternative companies that can help you with your printing needs.

Please note that poster printing services are not affiliated with the organisation of ISBE 2022. Therefore we cannot guarantee the quality or timeliness of the service. Delegates will have to organise pick up of their posters themselves as we will not accept poster deliveries at the conference venue.
