In accordance with presidential orders, HSE University employees will have paid time off from October 30 to November 7, 2021. Additionally, by order of the mayor of Moscow, the following groups are to work remotely: the over-60s, those with chronic illnesses, and those whose jobs do not require them to regularly visit university buildings in person. The corresponding documents have been signed by HSE University Rector Nikita Anisimov.
Employees of HSE University (including its campuses) will have paid time off from October 30 to November 7. Employees of the Moscow campus will work remotely on October 28 and 29 (except those whose work requires them to be on site).
HSE University buildings, including libraries and dining halls, will not be open on these dates (this does not apply to dormitories, guesthouses or university rental houses).
If an employee has booked vacation for these dates, their vacation time will not be extended
By order of the mayor of Moscow, the following groups are required to work remotely from October 25, 2021 to February 25, 2022: those aged 60 and over, those with medical conditions listed by the Moscow Department of Healthcare, and those whose work does not require them to regularly visit HSE University buildings in person.

Department heads must draw up a list of employees whose work does not require them to regularly visit HSE University buildings in person. These employees will work remotely. The lists must be sent to HR Director Elena Molodykh via the electronic document management system by October 22, 2021.
Employees who cannot provide proof of vaccination, medical exemption to vaccination, or prior COVID-19 infection in 2021 will also be required to work remotely.
