What is Electronic General Demand Note (e-GDN) ?
An electronic General Demand Note (e-GDN) is an electronic copy of the existing hardcopy of General Demand Note (GDN). If you are interested in receiving e-GDNs, you can opt for the e-billing service and register for your e-GDN Account. The GDNs will then be sent to your e-GDN Account rather than served to you by personal service or by post. You can log in your e-GDN Account to view and download your e-GDNs and related messages, attachments, payment information, etc.
Do I need to pay for using e-GDN bill service ?
No. You can enjoy the e-billing service for free.
What are the benefits of using the e-GDN bill service ?
Through the e-GDN Account, you can view and download anytime and anywhere your e-GDNs and related messages, attachments, payment information, etc., as appropriate for the registered e-billing services, issued to you by different bureaux/departments under the same e-GDN Account. By opting for the e-GDN bill service, you can enjoy efficient, convenient and flexible electronic services and more importantly, reduce paper waste.
