Legion’s W League team launched in 2023 to provide a new pathway for local, elite female players between college and professional soccer. In partnership with Birmingham United Soccer Association/Alabama Football Club, the team aims to identify and grow talent in women’s soccer. Built to spark passion for the game in a new generation and new group of fans, Legion WFC gives the Magic City a chance to show up for soccer in a new way.
Check out the Birmingham Legion WFC roster, with players from Birmingham that now compete for UAB, Auburn, Alabama, Samford, and other teams throughout the country.
Entry to doubleheader matches at Protective Stadium is included with the purchase of the ticket for the Legion FC match.
Tickets for home matches at Spain Park High School will be available at the gate.
