The Autobots of this universe sent their comrade Circuit to the dead Cybertron during Unicron's occupation of the planet, mainly because his scheming had caused them lots of anger. Ask Vector Prime

Vector Prime explained that the human and Autobot forces were able to rise to the various challenges yet recorded in the Quadwal Cluster. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/06/06 For example, the Fallen detected what had happened to the Decepticons on Earth and gathered a new army for revenge, including Blue Maximus, Chopsaw, Undertow, and Duststorm. Meanwhile, new Autobots including Bodyblock, Downshift, Fallback, Mindset, and Deep Dive began arriving on Earth.
