Transformers — Transforming Robots in Action: New York — A City Sinking in Terror
Commander McCullough and Lieutenant Potter of intercontinental air control spend a lot of time being clueless about unidentified flying objects and deny the existence of alien robots.
Meanwhile, two groups of alien robots—Autobot and Decepticon Micromasters, respectively—arrive on Earth and somehow, Autobots and Decepticons get into a huge battle for New York City. Amongst the highlights of this battle are a King Con scaling the Empire State Building and Vroom pointing out the obvious while ending every sentence in an exclamation mark.
Said battle ends when Optimus Prime rents a helicopter to fly a banner announcing huge raw oil deposit finds in the Rocky Mountains. After short hesitation, the Decepticons retreat to pursue these findings, coincidentally exactly where the secret base of international air control is hidden. (source)

- This issue features the debut of 'Team News' on the back cover, which gives news on Transformers products to buy. Most notable is the rather nice, clean line art of various characters' box art.
- The winners' names and addresses to the previous issues' competitions are all published on one page. Ah, a more innocent time...
- An editorial note in the text story places the events during Condor's version of "King Con!". The illustration is recolored from that issue's US cover.
Errors
- The cover bears an actual resemblance to the contents of the comic.
- Debuting in the text story: Pretender Funback.
- There is mention of the fearsome Decepticon known only as King Con! I wonder if he knows Iguanus?
- The text story has Earth's news agencies and militaries wondering if the Transformers really exist. You know they do: the Decepticons had a global press conference about it!
