Between adventures and playing "Shoot Shoot Bang Bang", the Scavengers amused themselves by vandalising Autopedia and trolling The Big Conversation. Later, Demus made contact with Krok through a Triple M sub-group, with the offer of a great financial reward if the Scavengers came to meet him on Tebris VII. Some Of My Best Friends Are Autobots

At some point, Crankcase began posting on the site under the alias "Grumpybox" and befriended the user CONS4EVA. Though neither knew what the other looked like (thanks in part to Neo-Functionists trolling anyone who revealed details of their alt-mode) they agreed to meet up on Earth, where Crankcase discovered that "CONS4EVA" was, in fact, Thunderwing an unusual Dire Wraith seeking to perform a Temptorian ritual called a Crossover. Nothing Will Ever Be the Same Again!
