Sandron

A new idea for a horror film.

The Sandron (砂粒生命體 (サンドロン) Sandoron) are a "sand Transformer", taking on the form of the sand that covers the surface of Luxor till it decides to strike at its prey. With Transformers, the Sandron are able to enter a victim through a joint, beginning with eating out the power system and the transform circuit before eventually devouring the CPU in the head.

The Sandron are able to impersonate other subjects, probably via physical contact. Besides appearance, Sandron can also impersonate skills and weapons.

Magmatron learned of the existence of the Sandron and their threat, so he ordered Dead End and Sling to retreat from their mission on Luxor. After Big Convoy arrived at Luxor and joined the Maximal rookies to retrieve the Angolmois capsule, the Sandron formed into quicksand and tried to consume Longrack. Fortunately, Big Convoy jumped into the quicksand and saved Longrack, escaping by firing the Big Cannon to create a countering force.

After the Maximals arrived in an abandoned town, the Sandron inside Longrack began to attack his nerve system and the transform circuit, causing him to feel hot and thirsty. Soon, Big Convoy started to feel his body was under attack too. After analyzing Longrack's body data, NAVI told the Maximals that they were dealing with the Sandron, which were extremely dangerous.

Shortly after, the Sandron impersonated the Maximals, starting with Stampy, whose data was caught by the sand via direct contact when he kicked the Sandron. As Stampy, the Sandron tried to steal the Angolmois capsule. The Maximals began to fight the Sandron and were shortly surrounded by the Sandron impostors. Fortunately, NAVI arrived with the recently fixed Gung Ho in time, blowing apart all the Sandron impostors. The Sandron later formed a legion of fake Big Convoys, trying to fire at the Gung Ho, but Big Convoy destroyed them immediately with the Big Cannon by swinging himself rapidly. The Sandron later formed a gigantic visiage of Big Convoy and fired at the Gung Ho. Break managed to raise the ship's altitude in time to avoid the attack. The giant Big Convoy crumbled shortly after because the Angolmois capsule had been too far removed from the Sandron. 100000000000000000 Grains of Sandron!!

Notes

• The size of a Sandron nanomachine is less than 1 cubic millimetre.
• It is unclear whether the Angolmois energy temporarily evolved the sand into the Sandron, or gave the Sandron the ability to impersonate other objects.
