Mohawk
From Transformers Wiki
- Mohawk is a Decepticon from The Last Knight portion of the movie continuity family.
Small and slick, the knife-wielding Mohawk is a literal motorbike punk. Covered in graffiti and always armed with a cutlery store's worth of random blades and pokey things strapped to his limbs, he's always itching to cause some mayhem in service of Megatron.[1]
Sadly, Megatron does not reciprocate his loyalty. That's most likely because Mohawk never shuts up. You'll never not hear him coming, but that's how he likes it.
“ | What up, fellas! Man, I wanna kill y'all right now! Hahaha! But I'mma kill ya later! Definitely gonna kill you mofos later! Hahaha! | ” |

Mohawk was among the Decepticons in the T.R.F.'s custody. When the T.R.F. opted to work with Megatron, Mohawk was the first Decepticon he requested to be part of his "crew". The T.R.F. complied and released him, with Mohawk taunting his jailers with death threats the entire time.
Mohawk joined the Decepticons on their hunt for Cade Yeager, gloating non-stop and itching for a fight. After finding the Autobots had evacuated their junkyard hideout, Mohawk and the others followed them to a nearby town. There, Mohawk mocked the hapless Sqweeks and was bemused by Izabella's gall to directly confront them. Unfortunately, the Decepticons then found themselves rocked from all sides by explosives Cade had placed prior, and then set upon by Bumblebee, Drift, and Crosshairs.
During the fight, Mohawk managed to get lost and the surviving Decepticons subsequently left him behind. He wandered around calling for his cohorts, and was found and blasted by Bumblebee, though his decapitated head survived and continued to bemoan his situation. The Last Knight
Toys
Studio Series
- Decepticon Mohawk (Core Class, 2024)
- Movie: The Last Knight
- Accessories: Knife
- Known designers: Sam Smith (Hasbro), Koki Yamada (TakaraTomy)[2]
- Part of the ninth wave of Studio Series Core Class figures, Mohawk transforms from a motorcycle similar to —but legally distinct from— a Confederate Motorcycles 2016 P51 Combat Fighter into a reasonably-for-the-size screen-accurate robot mode in 13 steps, complete with an opening jabber-mouth. His knife accessory is taken directly from concept art, as he never uses it in the movie. The weapon can be mounted onto his rear waist or the right side of his motorcycle brakes.
- In an undocumented feature, it is possible to remove Mohawk's head, as it is attached to his neck by a simple 5 mm post. His packaging is decorated with the artwork from the "Junkyard Meditation" backdrop.
- Mohawk, alongside the first wave of the 2024 Studio Series product, was revealed at MCM London 2023. Before anywhere else, he was made available to attendees of Cybertron Fest event at Singapore Comic Con 2023.
Notes
- Mohawk's alternate mode is a Confederate Motorcycles 2016 P51 Combat Fighter, which is a custom-made series with only about 61 units handmade by two people, and each one starts at about $125,000. Yowza.
- In case you were wondering, the company has since changed its name to "Curtiss Motorcycles" in 2017.
- Mohawk has several dinner forks chained to his right arm (as well as a single spoon), and a pair of spray paint cans duct-taped to his left breastplate. He's also got a variety of knives and other random blades (and at least one more spoon) strapped to his legs.
