Oreste Baldini

Oreste Baldini (born July 8, 1962) is an Italian voice actor. He is the official voice of Shaggy in the various Scooby-Doo adaptations starting from the live action movies, and he also voiced George McFly in the first Back to the Future, King Julien in Madagascar and relative sequels and spin-offs, the titular character of Courage the Cowardly Dog, Flint Lockwood in the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs movies, Eric Idle in Monty Python's Flying Circus, Quackerjack in Darkwing Duck, Knuckles the Echidna in Sonic X and Norm the genie in The Fairly OddParents!. His only acting role is in The Godfather Part II, as young Vito Corleone.
