Even though Medix is just trying to help his fellow Rescue Bot recruits train in new rescue techniques, the others find Medix to be overly harsh and critical.

Synopsis
Blades is instructing the recruits on the use of a Stokes basket, and has to stop Medix rattling off a history of the device. After demonstrating the proper technique for patient packaging, Blades has Medix have a go. Medix does it perfectly, and proceeds to savagely critique the other recruits as they fail to package Tough Luck Chuck in an effective manner. He later overhears the other recruits complaining about him and goes to Blades for advice. Blades suggests that teaching requires encouragement as well as criticism.
With this in mind, Medix surprises his fellow recruits with a refresher course. As they poorly strap Chuck into the basket, he grits his teeth and tells them they did it perfectly, so they head off to play Cube. Medix is disappointed at the result of being encouraging, but decides if he keeps it up, eventually his fellow recruits will get it right. He interrupts their Cube game for another refresher course, but they all point out he already said they got it perfect, and instead get him to join their Cube game.
During a later rescue sim, the recruits tie Chuck into a Stokes basket, only for him to fall out thanks to their poor technique, and they fail the sim. Medix admits he lied to them because he was tired of being called a pain in the glute servos and the other recruits tell him it's OK for him to point out their mistakes. They practice tying Chuck into the basket again and again until they get it right, at which point their celebration is cut short by the rescue alarm.
Blades reports they have an injured mountaineer trapped on on a mountainside, and will need to use the Stokes basket. Fortunately now they're all confident in their technique now. As there's an overhang, they have to use Hoist's winch to create a zipline to another nearby mountain. Though Hot Shot has trouble getting the mountaineer into the basket, with some encouragement from Medix he succeeds, and they extract the mountaineer. Back at the academy, Medix is proud of his fellow recruits, though as he starts listing some improvements they could be making, his fellow recruits leave him strapped into the basket.
