Clara Simmons is the long-suffering wife to Walter Simmons, and mother of Margaret Simmons. Her main beef is the fact that her husband is more interested in some frozen robot than in being with his family.

Clara and Margaret moved to a house in the middle of Nevada so they could be near Walter while he excavated the giant cube he'd found. Walter, however, neglected them and Clara would go for months at a time without hearing from him.
