An SNES port of one of the many one-on-one fighters that tried to compete with Street Fighter II. This version is at least playable, unlike its Genesis counterpart.

Brocken received a makeover for the European version of this game. His hat was removed to reveal spiky hair underneath, and his costume was changed from a blue military general uniform to a padded brown jumpsuit. This was most likely done because his Nazi-like uniform risked falling foul of German law prohibiting such depictions.

Death Match mode was renamed "Fatal Match" outside Japan. Note also that the icon for Normal mode was changed in Europe to reflect Brocken's appearance.

Per the above, the graphics used for the stages' floors were changed, as seen in this example. (The different colors are because of the text's cycling palette.)
