Pac-Mania (Genesis)

Pac-Mania on SEGA Genesis is a port of the arcade game by Tengen, who had previously ported Ms. Pac Man to the NES.

Press A, B, A, C, A, B, A, B, A, C, A, B at the world select screen. This seems to be a reference to the Genesis song "Abacab".
